The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG – telecommunications act – 2003). In this data privacy information we provide you with information about the key aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

Contact with Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your stated data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data without your consent.

Data Storage

Please note that, for the purpose of a simpler purchase process and for subsequent contract processing by the operator of the online shop, the IP data of the subscriber will be stored in the context of cookies, as will the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

Moreover, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: previous order history, payment terms and delivery terms. The data provided by you are required for contract performance or for the performance of precontractual measures. Without these data we are unable to conclude the contract with you. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our fiscal obligations.

The data stored by us will be erased after termination of the purchase process. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the retention period under fiscal law (7 years). The data comprising name, address, goods purchased and purchase date will moreover be stored until expiry of product liability (10 years). The data are processed on the basis of the statutory provisions of TKG § 96 par. 3, as well as GDPR art. 6 par. 1 letter a (consent) and/or letter b (required for contract performance).

Your personal data will be transmitted via the internet after 128-bit SSL encryption. We employ technical and organisational measures to protect our website from loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised people. However, despite regular checking, complete protection from all risks is not possible.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically to us. This includes:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • hostname of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

These data are not combined with other data sources.

The data are processed on the basis of GDPR art. 6 par. 1 letter f, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or precontractual measures.

Borlabs Cookie

This website uses Borlabs Cookie, which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consents. Borlabs Cookie does not process any personal data.

The borlabs-cookie cookie stores your consents, which you gave when you entered the website. If you wish to revoke these consents, simply delete the cookie in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked again for your cookie consent.

Your Rights

You essentially have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. In Austria this is the data protection authority.

Google Web Fonts

For uniform presentation of fonts, this website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google. When a website is opened, your browser loads the required web fonts to the browser cache, in order to display text and fonts correctly.

To do this, the browser you use must establish a connection to the servers of Google. From this, Google becomes aware that our website has been opened from your IP address. Google web fonts are used in the interest of uniform and attractive presentation of our online services. This represents a legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR art. 6 par. 1 letter f
