You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right you must inform us (Harald Stallegger (VulkanUS), Untermühlham 14, 4891 Pöndorf, Tel.: +43 7684 200-88, office@vulkanus.com) by clear declaration (e.g. by postal letter or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. To be within the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you dispatch the notification of exercise of the cancellation right before expiry of the cancellation period.
Return Costs
The consumer shall cover the direct costs of returning the goods.
The consumer must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods for inspection of the condition, properties and function of the same.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), must be returned to you by us immediately and within no more than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless specifically otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for the repayment.
